5 Step Assembly Process

The MaxiLoda Pallet Stacking System is easy to assemble and simple to use...

The following 5 steps show you how simple it really is...

Step_1.jpg Step 1

Assembling the trolleys

Trolley beams are taken from the storage rail in the ceiling. They are dropped down past the safety station to the base rail where they are secured together by bracing bars.

Load Pallets

Once the trolley has been assembled, two pallets are then loaded by forklift. The operator pushes the trolley to the front of the trailer & locks it in place. The pallets stowed on the floor, are moved into place by pallet jack.

Freighting

As the pallets are loaded, they are locked into place for safe transport. The pallets can be stowed at any position on the base rail to facilitate load dispersion.

Step_4.jpg Step 4

Disassembling the trolleys

To disassemble the system, simply remove the bracing bar pins from the adjoining trolley beam and pin them back to their original beam. This leaves the beam to move individually.

Storing the trolleys

The trolley beams are stowed by moving them individually up through the safety station to the storage rail. The retriever tool (pictured) can be used to assist in tall ceiling trailers.
